Q50 provides NSAI certified air tightness testing, ventilation validation, passive house design and consultancy, building energy rating (BER), thermal imaging surveys and energy efficiency advice.

Q50 is one of the first companies in Ireland to be certified by NSAI to carry out Ventilation Validation  under  Part F (2019) of the Building Regulations. We are also one of the first to successfully complete  the NZEB City  & Guilds course in Ventilation Flow-Rate Design, Installation and Commissioning. We  work with builders and developers to validate their ventilation system design from plans and  specifications. We then test and validate the system post-installation. We are also certified by the Passive House Institute to provide passive house design and consultancy for new and  retrofit houses.
